I used to go past this building all the time on the bus. I always found it intriguing because not only does it have this nifty blue and white color scheme, it’s covered in fish.

I’m intrigued, why fish? Did it have to do with the building’s original owners or did the architects just think it was an attractive motif like lions or gargoyles?
